Welcome to the platform provided by Tsaks Consulting, designed to support Greeks living abroad. We aim to simplify how you manage your affairs in Greece and strengthen your connection with Greece whilst making your life easier.
By registering with us, you gain access to our expertise, as well as our network of professionals (and preferential rates). Our goal is to streamline the process for various services in Greece efficiently, promptly, and securely, often through the completion our online enquiry form. Services such as applying for a passport, registering inheritance, applying for a Tax File number, updating Family Status, lodging tax returns, facilitating property transactions, applying for an ID card, and establishing a company, along with other matters, will be managed more easily than ever through our team.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they govern how you can use our service. Tsaks Consulting reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy periodically for any updates or changes that may affect you.
Each time you use our service, you confirm your agreement to be bound by, comply with, and acknowledge any changes to these Tsaks Consulting Terms and Conditions and our Policies. Please also note that we post as much general information and content on our website, however, laws change rapidly and therefore you should not rely on it for anything other than general advice and it is subject to change.
Any breach or violation of these Terms, as determined at the sole discretion of Tsaks Consulting, will result in the immediate termination of our services. Tsaks Consulting reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and will promptly report any attempt at illegal use of our services.

Making an enquiry into our services
Once you make an enquiry into our services, we will open a client number four you. You are required to confirm that the information you provide during your enquiry is accurate, current, and truthful.

When we ask you to complete an online enquiry form, you will provide us with personal information typically necessary for applications, such as name, surname, date of birth, current address, email, and telephone number.
Please be aware that we will not request sensitive information as defined under applicable data protection laws, such as details concerning your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health information, sexual orientation, or criminal record.
Tsaks Consulting will not be liable for any delays or cancellations of applications resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information, as this information will be required by the relevant Authorities for submitted applications.
Liability
Tsaks Consulting does not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained through our network of accountants, lawyers and other service providers in Greece will meet the your expectations, or that any errors on our website will be corrected. Tsaks Consulting shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use the service and is not responsible for verifying the ownership of any content posted or uploaded on our website.
Tsaks Consulting is not responsible for delays or failures by any Authority to deliver results or respond to applications.
Confidentiality
Confidential information refers to any data or information pertaining to our clients that would reasonably be considered proprietary to our clients, including but not limited to personal information, medical information, accounting records, business processes, and client records.
The Member agrees that Confidential Information will be provided to Third Parties appointed to act on their behalf to the extent necessary to complete the tasks requested by the client, such as Lawyers, Accountants, Authorities, and other relevant Bodies.
Capacity/Independent Contractor
In providing the Services, it is expressly agreed that Tsaks Consulting is acting as an independent contractor and not as an employee. Also, other service providers including our taxation and accounting partners are indpendent service providers.
Third Parties
The client acknowledges that Tsaks Consulting does not provide legal or accounting services. Such services, if required, will be performed by licensed lawyers or law firms which are our partner lawyers, at their own discretion, or after granting explicit written permission to Tsaks Consulting to act as the member’s representative and appoint such Third Parties. You acknowledge that Tsaks Consulting is not responsible for the failure of an appointed Third Party (lawyers, accountants, etc.) to provide a service requested by the member via Tsaks Consulting’s website/electronic platform. You also acknowledge that Tsaks Consulting and the Third Parties appointed to act on their behalf are not responsible for the failure of the relevant Authorities to deliver the requested services.
