Two public-private partnership administrative bodies were established in Greece: The Inter-Ministerial Committee for Public-Private Partnerships (IMPPP) are responsible for approving or revoking decisions around partnerships; approving the inclusion of the public investment programme of the contractual fee that is required to be paid to private organisations; making decisions on whether the public sector will be allowed to be involved in financing construction projects; or any other relevant issues that may arise.
